can see the skid marks. obviously she did not make it and slammed into this light pole that took out the the traffic controller. she had another part car here and lifted it out where the other side dirham is on the sidewalk. the tire has been separated from the ground. we'll walk over here just to show you what is going on. she is a 23 year-old woman according to the chp her name is sereno of barrios. according to the offer may information officer to read prior d y convictions. i ask the officer what was her blood alcohol content at the time she was arrested this morning? he said they can't talk about that but she will be charged with felony be wise reckless driving in evading police officers and the enhancement charges because she was convicted before. the damage is one more shot. she knocked off the lampshade from the lampposts. a lot going on

he was taken to the hospital with head trauma but that does not appear to be life threatening. the driver of the vehicle that struck him stayed at the scene and is cooperating with investigators. the family of a 12 year-old nevada bar girl who was struck and killed by a driver in september is filing lawsuits. ceilidh radcliffe was struck while riding her bike. police said it was a flat out straight up accident and that he lee had failed to yield to oncoming traffic. the family claimed that the city and about and the driver are responsible. the attorney filing suit says that first of all they are hoping to get a change made in the roadway by filing against the city. also they're suing the driver and the drivers employer which is pg&e. investigators say that the driver did not read the law.

744 a in the kron 4 morning news we are tracking a number of hot spots in the east bay. interstate 880. a rough ride a motorcycle crash in albany westbound at gilman. a 38 to two-- accident that was cleared long ago has left residual slowing here. we still have delays through hayward and the southbound direction. although things have improved slightly since the accident at willful was

880 is a long slow ride because of that earlier a caroccurring accident. the nimitz freeway ride while recovering in the southbound direction did not recover north bound from an earlier southbound accident. now it is backed up all the way to to create in san leandro. the back up just traveling farther down the freeway. we are really jammed up on 101 north bound there was late roadwork that forced the closure of the third avenue off ramps. that backed up onto 101. 101 is now backed up down to redwood city. we have major delays going in the san ramon valley with the south found stone belly accident that has backed up traffic into walnut creek and pleasant hill 4680 southbound and backed up into san ramon getting it to danville at 680 north bound.
